Old Mill Cottage

Old Mill Cottage Annex is a self – contained ground floor property adjoining the owner’s Cottage. It has its own private entrance with ample parking.

Accommodation comprises entrance hallway, a large bed-sitting-room with king-size bed and a comfortable seating area with a smart TV. Free WiFi is available for internet access.

There is a spacious bathroom with luxury walk-in shower and a separate drying/utility room. The second hallway leads to the well equipped modern kitchen with washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer and a gas hob with electric oven.

The Smiddy

The Smiddy was built in 1860 is adjacent to Old Mill Cottage. Centrally situated in the village of Lochdon. Sleeping 4 guests in a Double and Twin room. Large spacious sitting room and and dinning room. The modern well equipped kitchen overlooks the Croft and hills to the rear of the cottage. Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave. There is a gas hob and electric oven.

The sitting room has a wood burning stove, easy to operate. Plenty of logs are provided and more maybe bought on site.

Electric radiators in all rooms. The dinning room and sitting room look out over Lochdon.
